Correction: February Newsbrief, page 6

DRC Stellenberg is located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town NOT in Stellenbosch.

Leonardo_Banner.jpgLeonardo means “Like a Lion” and refers to Jesus as the Lion of Judah (Revelations 5:5). The Bible also tells us that Jesus is the Lamb of God who was sent to die on a cross and wash away all our sins (Revelation 5:6).

This money box in the shape of a lamb, reminds us of what Jesus did for us. Use your freedom to support our persecuted brothers and sisters who also deserve to have their own Bible.

Buy your own Leonardo for only R10 at your nearest Open Doors office and fill it with coins to sponsor a Children’s Bible.

Shockwave2010button.jpgShockwave 2010 is a prayer weekend during which young people from all over the world are challenged to make a difference in the lives of persecuted believers by means of prayer. We encourage them to spend some time imagining what it would feel like to walk in the shoes of persecuted believers.
