EGYPT - Pray with Mariam, an 18-year-old girl who lives in a poor home in a slum village where Christians face severe persecution. Growing up, Mariam struggled with her self-worth.  

CAMEROON - Pray with Auristine, who leads the women’s ministry. The group has planted groups in 12 communities. “I’m able to see the women fulfilled and ready to face persecution,” she says.

CAMEROON - The women’s ministry is the result of seven women who attended the training and worked to get their church to understand the necessity to prepare for persecution. Pray blessings over these women.

Cameroon - Praise God today for a women’s ministry that has impacted more than 500 women. The ministry was born out of a persecution preparedness training organised by Open Doors’ local partners.

COLOMBIA - Pastors in Chocó ask: “Please pray that God would take control of this situation and help the Church to understand His vision in the midst of the conflict.”

COLOMBIA - Pray with your Colombian brothers and sisters in the indigenous department of Chocó, where an armed strike has created fear among leaders and put the Church in the crosshairs.

Laos - Pray for the 19 believers in the village where church leaders were arrested. They are living in constant fear, as villagers and authorities watch believers’ every move. Pray they will seek God despite the risk.

Laos - Pray for local church leaders in the area and wisdom for Open Doors partners as they visit families and provide counsel and encouragement.

LAOS - Pray for strength and hope for four Christian house church leaders arrested in northern Laos. After their community reported them, authorities barged into a worship service.

CENTRAL ASIA - Praise God for a ministry couple who used an Open Doors micro-credit to purchase and run a car parts shop as a means of ministry, helping young people learn a profession. Pray that their ministry will thrive…
