Jerome prays for his enemies’ repentance that leads to salvation, but also humbly that his own faith will not fail in the face of continued hardship and persecution.

In sub-Saharan Africa more than 16 million people have been displaced by violence. In the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), 2,6 million people had to flee since 2022 in North Kivu. An estimated 130 000 people were forced to flee this year between January and March.

Jerome explained what it felt like to be displaced and how we can pray with him and others in the DRC. Life is hard and, humanly speaking, there doesn’t seem to be a solution in sight.

Our persecuted family urgently needs support in their daily lives and prayers to survive and keep their faith.

Please help today

  • Every R180 could give a believer a Bible to help nurture their faith.
  • Every R460 could give emergency shelter to a displaced believer, helping them stand strong in their faith.
  • Every R1 520 could give a month of education to a displaced child, to give them a future.

Please pray and give today.

When hunger and hopelessness make God feel far away from our persecuted family, your support and prayers are even more valuable.
