Remembering and caring for our persecuted family can take many forms – food, shelter, training, financial aid and Bibles…
But the #1 thing they ask for is Prayer.
Prayer is not the last resort in an active faith – it is not the least, but the most we can do for our persecuted family. In the letter to the Ephesians (6:18 NIV) we find the instruction to
“Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”
Prayer is at the core of how we work at Open Doors. Our prayers can go where we often cannot. No country border, prison wall or heart is closed when we pray. We can support our family in the most difficult to reach places through prayer.
Will you pray for them?
