Nadat Malinese troepe die hotel bestorm het, is \u0149 groot aantal gyselaars vrygelaat.<\/p>\n<p>Op Vrydagaand het die groep, Al-Muabitoun, met verbintenisse aan Al-Qaeda en gelei deur die berugte Moktar Belmoktar, verantwoordelikheid vir die aanval aanvaar. Die groep is ook verantwoordelik vir aanvalle wat in Mali in Maart en Augustus uitgevoer is.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAlhoewel daar vermoed word dat die terreuraanval in Parys, Frankryk, die aanval in Mali ontlok het, is dit belangrik om in gedagte te hou dat die aanval binne die konteks van onsekerheid wat sedert 2013 se Islamitiese rebellie voortduur, gebeur het. \u0149 Brose vredesverdrag is in Junie 2015 onderteken en was tot dusver nie suksesvol daarin om voortdurende vrede te bewerkstellig nie,\u201d<\/em> het \u0149 Geopende Deure-werker ges\u00ea.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSommige Christene wat noodgedwonge moes vlug na die noorde tydens die 2013 rebellie, het teruggekeer, maar vind dit steeds baie moeilik om met die verwoesting van hul eiendom en die voortdurende onsekerheid saam te leef.
