Boko Haram het in Februarie vandeesjaar 110 meisies ontvoer uit \u0149 skool in Dapchi, Nigeri\u00eb. Een van die meisies en enigste Christen was die 15-jarige, Leah Sharibu.. Terwyl die res van die meisies binne \u0149 maand vrygelaat is, is Leah steeds in aanhouding omdat sy weier om na Islam te bekeer.<\/p>\n

In September het \u0149 video aan die lig gekom waarin die teregstelling van \u0149 noodlenigingswerker gesien kan word… In d\u00ede video, stel Boko Haram \u0149 ultimatum aan die Nigeriese regering, waarin hulle dreig om Leah en twee ander noodlenigingswerkers te vermoor, sou hulle nie binne \u0149 maand gehoor gee aan hul eise nie.<\/p>\n

Ongelukkig het Boko Haram verlede week, op die 16de Oktober, die tweede noodlenigingswerker tereggestel, en gesweer om Leah en die derde noodlenigingswerker, Alica Ngaddah wat ook \u0149 Christen is, as \u201clewenslange slawe\u201d aan te hou.<\/p>\n

Hou asseblief die Sharibu- en Ngaddah-families in jou gebede terwyl hulle angstig wag vir die vrylating van Leah en Alice. Bid ook vir Leah en Alice se beskerming waar hulle in aanhouding is. Mag die Nigeriese regering wys en proaktief wees om om hul vrylating te verseker.<\/p>\n
